About you:
As a Graduate Marketing Automation Specialist on our Graduate Academy, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, optimising lead management processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing technology stack. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales, teams to enhance the lead-to-revenue journey, learning invaluable skills in B2B SaaS marketing along the way.

Marketing Automation Graduate Academy
Our 12-month Graduate Academy provides a comprehensive learning journey, equipping you with the skills to excel in the exciting field of marketing automation.
Through in-depth workshops, hands-on projects, and real-world campaign experience, you’ll master tools like Marketo and Salesforce, gaining valuable expertise in B2B SaaS marketing.
In your final months, you’ll apply your knowledge to live campaigns, setting the foundation for a successful career in Marketing Automation with The Access Group.
We’re looking for passionate Marketing or Computer Science graduates to join us on Monday 9th December, for an exciting career opportunity!
Day-to-day, you will:
1. Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution:
o Assist in building, testing, and deploying marketing automation workflows using Marketo
o Collaborate with the wider marketing team to execute email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, and personalized journeys.
o Monitor campaign performance, ensuring key KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates are optimized.
2. Lead Management & Nurturing:
o Help develop and maintain lead scoring models to prioritize and route high-quality leads to the sales team.
o Assist in managing the lead lifecycle, ensuring smooth handoffs between marketing and sales using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
o Support the creation of lead nurture sequences to move prospects through the sales funnel.
3. Data & Reporting:
o Help track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights on lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
o Support the integration of marketing automation platforms with CRM systems to ensure clean and accurate data.
o Assist in creating reports and dashboards that give visibility into marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue.
4. Process Optimisation:
o Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
o Assist with testing new marketing technologies and making recommendations for tool adoption and integration.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
o Work closely with the sales team to align on lead qualification and follow-up strategies.
o Partner with the content and design teams to develop compelling assets for automated marketing campaigns, such as landing pages and emails.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
o Education & Passion: Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, IT, Data Science, or related fields, with a strong interest in digital marketing, data, and technology.
o Analytical & Technical Skills: Solid analytical skills, familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
o Attention to Detail & Communication: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and strong written/verbal communication skills in English.
o Adaptability & Teamwork: Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects, and eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
