We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About the role: As a Junior General Product Specialist, you'll build deep knowledge of the fastest-growing product in our Hospitality division. You'll use this knowledge to help all areas of the business, before subsequently moving into a more specialised role. This will likely be the onboarding team, where you'll be using your expertise to bring new customers online and configure their environments to meet their needs. Day to day, you will: • Work closely with the existing product experts to build deep knowledge of the platform • Document your learnings to aid future joiners • Assist the support team with complex queries • Help the sales team with very specific prospective customer queries and requirements • Undertake technical tasks, such as ad-hoc data transformations and imports • Test and assess new functionality Once you've built strong knowledge, you'll move into a more specialised role, the responsibilities of which will depend on the role itself. This will most likely be the onboarding team, where your platform knowledge will be pivotal in welcoming new customers online.
