Position Summary: As a Junior Software Engineer, you are expected to have about 1+ years of experience in the Software Development across the full stack such as UI, API, Middleware, Databases, and Integrations. You will be part of the Product Team, working closely with Principal Software Engineers/Senior Software Engineers and Software Engineers on Implementing the technical design/requirements provided by the business. Key accountabilities and responsibilities: - Product Development: Design and build products based on requirements, escalating technical issues when needed, and completing coding within the given time frame. - Code Quality: Write efficient, testable code following best practices and development methodologies, while troubleshooting and upgrading existing systems. - Technology & Source Control: Assist in researching and implementing new technologies for FastTrack360, contributing to effective source control and managing multiple branches. - Collaboration & Support: Promote quality within the team, contribute to sprint deliverables, and assist with training and development of the technical team. Core technical competency in: - Angular / AngularJS - .NET Framework / Core - Web API / WCF (Nice to have) - C#, VB.NET, TypeScript, JavaScript - Microsoft SQL Server including Database schema creation/changes, complex query development and query optimisation. - Git (Bitbucket / GitHub) - JIRA (Project / Confluence) Skills, knowledge, experience & qualifications: - 1+ years of hands-on software development experience as a Full Stack Developer involving Angular, AngularJS, .NET Web API, and SQL Server. - 1+ years’ experience with SQL Server Databases, Stored Procedures, Database Design and Query Tuning. - Experience working within an Agile and/or Lean team delivery environment. - Experience working within the Atlassian suite of technology tools. - Advanced English communication is a MUST.
