About you:
As a IT Change and Communications Programme Lead you will lead global communication efforts for the implementation of a new global HR system. This role focuses on ensuring smooth global adoption, minimising disruption, and engaging employees across multiple global regions and working environments.
The ideal candidate will develop and execute a clear, compelling global change communication plan, translating technical updates into user-friendly messaging. Working closely within the Global Employee eXperience team and partnering with IT, HR, and change management teams, they will drive global awareness and adoption, support training efforts, and manage global stakeholder and employee expectations throughout the rollout.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Develop and implement a global communication plan for the new HR system, ensuring clear and effective messaging.
• Create engaging content such as emails, FAQs, training guides, intranet updates, and videos to support system adoption.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and senior stakeholders to align communications and tailor messaging for different employee groups and regions.
• Monitor communication effectiveness, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to drive engagement and reduce resistance.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Proven experience in IT change communications within a global organisation, ideally with HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow HR.
• Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex IT concepts for diverse audiences.
• Expertise in creating and delivering communications across multiple digital platforms in engaging and creative formats.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments, adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs.
