Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.     About you:  You will be working with a team of Project Managers and Technical Consultants to deliver major software and infrastructure upgrades to our customer base. In this role, you will provide leadership and people management to team members while overseeing programme planning, risk management, resource scheduling, budget management, and stakeholder engagement. At times, you will act as the point of escalation for customer concerns related to project delivery. Your role is key to supporting the business in expediting project delivery, establishing expertise, and optimizing processes to ensure successful outcomes. Day-to-day, you will:  •  Maintain the Programme Plan, track progress, and ensure clear communication with all external and internal stakeholders. • Manage projects, ensuring delivery milestones are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints. • Implement and adhere to project processes, identifying and documenting risks and issues. • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success, Head of Release and Deployment, and other Project Team Leaders to support planning and resource management. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Previous experience in Programme/Project Management delivery within a software environment. • Strong leadership qualities and a proven focus on delivery with a practical and pragmatic approach. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. • Familiarity with Health or Social Care systems would be a bonus.
