We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  As part of the Sales team, the role of the Inside Sales Specialist will be to research, identify and follow up on leads ensuring a seamless sales process for our customers and achieving personal KPIS. The Product: Lightyear is the fastest growing fintech in Northern Ireland, streamlining accounts payable solutions on its innovative cloud-based product since 2018. Working across all major regions and various industries worldwide, it’s our People who drive our success. Day-to-day, you will:  • Research organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and decision makers. • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, social media, and events. • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings. • Manage sales pipeline and forecasting, ensuring targets and key KPIs are met Your skills and experiences might also include:   ● Proven experience in an Inside Sales or Business Development role on software solutions. ● Ability to work on KPIs and targets. ● An aptitude for technology and the ability to learn new systems with ease. ● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
