Apply to find out more About You: The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality implementation and consulting services of Onboarded and Screening solution that meet client requirements and support effective ongoing client relationships. You are an excellent communicator and experienced software implementation consultant and/or practitioner in Recruitment Industry. You are passionate about delivering value to our clients through the Onboarded software. You understand the product and its features well and be able to map the features to clients need and deliver best possible outcome for our clients. You take pride in your work and enjoy working as part of team of a Professional Services team delivering quality software that will make a difference to our customers. Day-to-day, you will: Be the go-to product expert for Onboarded software and the Recruitment domain, understanding customer business goals, providing training, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to daily use. Lead software implementation by following and creating repeatable processes, demonstrating ownership, responsibility, and decision-making to meet project deliverables. Support clients proactively with professional, timely communication and maintain strong, partner-like relationships. Maximize customer engagement by managing your schedule, keeping Access systems up-to-date with weekly project administration, and identifying sales and cross-divisional opportunities while supporting the Recruitment team with cross-learning on best practices. Strategize effectively to manage and mitigate risks, cross-train on additional Recruitment products, and work flexibly to connect with global colleagues as needed. Your skills and experiences might also include:    Deeply passionate about client success and enhancing their user experience, with a solid understanding of recruitment agency processes and practices, backed by relevant industry experience. Highly self-motivated and operationally excellent, consistently identifying opportunities for system and process improvements to boost operational efficiency, and excelling in fast-paced, complex environments. Exceptional communication and people skills, capable of building rapport across all organizational levels, expressing ideas persuasively and compellingly, and demonstrating strong written communication with keen attention to detail. Resilient and professional under pressure, maintaining calm and politeness in high-stress situations, with proven people management abilities to effectively support and guide teams.
