As someone who loves working in a fast paced, customer focused environment, you’ll be an excellent communicator and a collaborative team player. As an Implementation Consultant for Onboarded (a member of the Access Group), ideally with software implementation experience, you’ll be working within a dynamic team who know what best in class customer service is all about! This role will also offer excellent growth and cross training opportunities. Day-to-day, you will:  • Be responsible for implementing software solutions, following an existing process or creating a new process where required. • Take ownership, responsibility and demonstrate good decision making to achieve project deliverables. • Provide client training and education on the use of the Access Onboarded software and identify strategies to manage and mitigate risks effectively. • Support and guide the clients through implementation to ensure a smooth transition from build phase to everyday usage.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role would be ideal • Previous experience within the recruitment industry in some way would be a strong advantage. • An ability to identify system and process improvements to increase operational efficiency. • Excellent communication, organization and people management skills are a key requirement.
