We are seeking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be engaging and existing global customers in a project leadership and management capacity. You will work with multiple teams across our global offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a project leader, understanding customer needs, pain points, and guiding them toward successful outcomes.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product Owners, Customer Success, Data Architects, and Technical Consultants to deliver effective solutions.
- Oversee customer onboarding, adoption, and relationship management to ensure smooth project delivery and satisfaction.
- Handle multiple global projects simultaneously, managing expectations and resolving escalations efficiently.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in software project management or solution delivery, with a degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and ability to document and implement solutions effectively.
- Focus on automating repeatable tasks, with excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, customer-centric, and capable of working independently or in a fast-paced team environment under pressure.
