We are seeking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be engaging and existing global customers in a project leadership and management capacity. You will work with multiple teams across our global offices. Key Responsibilities - Engage with customers in a project leadership capacity. - Collaborate with Engineering, Product Owners, Customer Success, Data Architects, and Technical Consultant teams to deliver solutions - Understand customer needs and pain points, and help them achieve their goals through our products and services - Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services - Manage customer onboarding and adoption processes - Manage customer relationships and expectations to ensure successful project delivery - Manage multiple concurrent global projects - Manage customer escalations, driving issues to resolution About You Skills & Experience - Native-level English proficiency - 3+ years of experience in software project management or the solution delivery field - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, communications, marketing, business or a technology-related field; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience - Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex problems and create well documented solutions - Proactive, adaptable, detail oriented and very well-organized - Strong focus on automating repeatable tasks - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and multitasking capabilities - Customer-focused and highly attentive to detail - Ability to work under pressure both independently and within a team, in a fast-paced environment Relevant Skills - Project Management - Change Management Consulting - System Deployment / Migration Project Experience - Risk / Impact Analysis - Process Automation What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
