About you:  The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for the effective operation and management of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) controls and processes. This role ensures that user access across the organization is compliant with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Day-to-day, you will:  Utilize the AzureAD, Saviynt IGA, PAM solution tools to implement and manage IGA controls, including orphan account management, expiring reviews, and system account management. Generate and manage access review campaigns using Saviynt to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Implement and enforce IAM policies and procedures using the Saviynt tool. Work closely with various business units to understand access requirements and address IAM-related concerns   Your skills and experiences might also include:   Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CISA) are advantageous but not essential 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). An understanding of what IAM technologies and protocols are (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP, Active Directory).
