Day-to-day, you will: · Lead the ES Operations teams for UK & Ireland, ensuring high-quality service delivery via self-service solutions and managing the full hire-to-retire process. · Effectively manage team resources, balance workloads, and meet SLAs while providing day-to-day support and development for team members. · Collaborate with stakeholders (Finance, Recruitment, Payroll, IT) to ensure seamless integration across teams and align new geographic teams with global processes. · Drive continuous improvement, monitor performance, manage escalations, refine operational processes, and ensure compliance with audits and accreditation standards Your skills and experiences might also include:    · Proven experience leading service delivery teams in shared service HR environments at scale, with strong leadership and team management skills. · Expertise in delivering excellent customer experiences, managing escalations, and resolving complex issues in fast-moving, global business environments. · In-depth knowledge of HR operations and processes, with experience using multiple HR technologies and working closely with Finance and IT teams. · Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with a track record of designing process improvements and managing multiple projects in a dynamic shared services setting.
