About you:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Director to join our fast-growing KL Global Operations Centre (GOC)
As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's Employee Success (HR) function. Working closely with leadership team colleagues to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support our growth and commitment to excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's culture, performance, and success.
You will have previous experience in setting up and / or managing a GOC. You are comfortable in establishing and improving processes, setting up and maintaining systems, all whilst building and growing the team and setting them up for success.
You will thrive in an agile and dynamic environment where change is fast paced and constant.
Day-to-day, you will:
• As a member of the KL GOC Leadership Team, partner with senior colleagues to establish people priorities and provide appropriate consultancy and advice to advance the people agenda
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Employee Success (HR) team, setting goals and priorities that align with company's mission and values
• Engage with colleagues across Access globally to promote the capabilities, benefits & opportunities of the KL GO Centre
• Work with the Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent to join the company and develop the Access brand in the marketplace
• Strong in data and analytics.
• Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture by managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Manage the administration of employee benefits, including leave, health benefits and wellbeing programs
• Oversee compensation strategies to ensure competitive pay strategy and structures
• Promote continuous learning and development opportunities for employees at all levels
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and equitable workplace
• Establish and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Currently working as a HR Director or HR Lead with strong engagement skills
• Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment (ideally technology) with ever changing priorities
• Experienced in establishing and managing an HR team with a combination of hard-wired and matrixed direct reports at various levels of seniority
• Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge and engage stakeholders at all levels of seniority
• You’re a team player who is resourceful, meticulous, and able to prioritise across multiple stakeholder groups. You don’t shy away from rolling your sleeves up and getting “stuck in”
• Prepared to go outside of your comfort zone and be ready to fail fast, it’s the best way to grow!
• You’re resilient and comfortable with transparency, ambiguity, and change
