About you:

You’ll have an inquisitive mind, always asking yourself why something is happening and what does that mean.

You’re analytical, passionate about data, modelling and reporting to enable us to make more data driven decisions and adding value to the business.  You’ll be responsible for providing enriching data modelling to the HR team with insights and recommendations.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Create and deliver data-driven and evidence based people metrics and statistical models, reporting and predictive analytics.
  • Create tooling and algorithms to translate people metric and data sets into insights to enable us to make decisions.
  • Analyse and interrogate people data from various systems, highlighting key areas for discussion and predicting future trends.
  • Implement processes in people analytics that drive efficiencies and improve reporting.
  • Build relationships and act as a stellar role model throughout the business with the ability to influence and challenge
  • Collaborate closely with the systems team to understand data points and identify opportunities to enhance data, dashboards and employee experience.

Your Skills and Experiences likely include:

  • You’ll either be looking for your first leap into data following your Maths degree or an experienced data scientist.
  • You’ll have knowledge and experience in research design, visualization techniques and analysis approaches to manage and analyse both structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience in advanced statistical methods and modelling.
  • Experience with tools and languages such as SQL & Python to design and implement data tooling which supports the continuous delivery of insights.
  • Understanding of the external people analytics landscape and trends.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lead on data extraction, data mining, analysis and reporting from a variety of systems.
  • Critical and analytical thinker with an inquisitive nature
  • Ability to present information to stakeholders clearly and with confidence
  • Adaptable, flexible and able to work well under time pressure
  • You’re a team player who is resourceful, meticulous and able to multitask. You don’t shy away from rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in
  • Prepared to go outside of your comfort zone and be ready to fail fast, it’s the best way to grow
  • Strong and passionate character, plenty of self-drive and energy
  • Proactive and solutions focused approach with a high level of attention to detail
  • You’re resilient and comfortable with transparency, ambiguity and change
