About you:  The HR Data Analyst / Reporting SME plays a critical role in transforming HR data from our core system (Workday) into actionable insights that help drive key decisions. You will be responsible for collating, communicating, analysing and reporting on HR metrics whilst supporting the accuracy and integrity of HR data. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in reporting from our core system, this role will provide advanced analytical support, create custom reports, and work cross-functionally to align HR data with business strategies Day-to-day, you will:  • Experienced in working with HR systems like Workday. • Experienced in using BI analytical software to deliver reliable and clear insights from data. • You have an inquisitive and analytical mind, always questioning why something is happening and what it means • Passionate about data, clear communication, and reporting to enable data-driven decisions.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Work with stakeholders and leadership to scope and create core HR reporting. • Build, maintain and enhance reporting as appropriate for continuous improvement • Strong HR reporting experience, ideally within Workday or equivalent • Provide training, documentation and guidance to a wide HR reporting audience What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
