We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.      About You: As the Head of Product for the People Division SMB, you will lead the strategic direction and coordination of product management. You will oversee all product activities for SMB, People HR & Paycircle, ensuring seamless integration with the wider Access Group products. Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you will develop the product strategy, manage various product roadmaps, and lead the product team with a market and customer-focused approach. You will work closely with HR and Finance to address resource needs and monitor costs and forecasts. This role requires you to think strategically and execute tactically, handle stakeholder management, and engage in strategic product planning. Day-to-day, you will:   • Lead the SMB Product Management team & lead as Product Manager for People HR & Paycircle, managing all required artifacts including business case, market positioning, competitor analysis and product roadmap. • Review product status, and initiate product status monitoring and alignment planning to move products into a cohesive position in the overall Access portfolio. • Collaborate with key stakeholders and all other departments and divisions to communicate activity • Participate and present at Customer Advisory board, User Groups, roadshows, events and other forums and broadly acting as primary product evangelist for HR and Pay. Your skills and experiences might also include:    • Deep domain knowledge of Payroll and HR products, with experience in UX/UI and integration of 3rd parties. • Proven ability to manage mature product portfolios, develop strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans for SaaS solutions. • Strong communication skills to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and excellent team player able to work with virtual, global, and cross-functional teams. • Agile and effective in multi-tasking within fast-paced environments, with experience managing multiple projects and understanding complex business-to-business operational processes.
