About you:
As the Head of Product Marketing, you will lead the identification and execution of important product and marketing initiatives that will help grow one of Access's business units. You will create engaging messaging and positioning for our strategic products and launch new solutions. Working closely with the Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you will develop innovative marketing materials and sales tools for product positioning, sales support, and product launch strategies, all based on creating a strong value proposition. This will aid the Marketing team's efforts to generate demand and enhance the Sales process, ensuring sales success.
You will also be responsible for mapping the customer journey to ensure that the entire Access experience supports new business generation, multi-product sales, and repeat purchases. Attention to detail and a focus on quality are essential, as is the ability to understand and translate technical capabilities into clear customer benefits. In your role as a champion of Product Marketing, you will become an expert in our target audience, their buying behaviour, and their purchasing criteria, sharing that knowledge with the sales team.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Drive the success of existing and new products by implementing innovative product marketing initiatives that meet divisional targets and identify cross-sell opportunities across markets.
• Develop impactful product propositions, positioning, and messaging that create competitive advantages, while enabling sales teams with effective collateral and tools to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with divisional management and product teams to design optimal go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring successful launches and alignment across the business.
• Champion customer insights and market intelligence to refine the customer journey, enhance the product experience, and develop success stories that accelerate lead velocity and win rates.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Proven experience in software product marketing, product management, or presales, particularly in B2B software, with a strong understanding of complex business operational processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical information into business benefits, and experienced in solution-based marketing communications.
• Strong leadership abilities as a self-starter, with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams, motivate senior management, and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated success in designing and executing product propositions, launches, and lead generation campaigns, while thriving in an agile environment and continuously seeking improvement.
