Day-to-day, you will:  • Drive new business sales within the teams and maximize revenue growth through net new names by planning, forecasting and executing all aspect of revenue generation • Team Leadership and Development: Inspire, mentor, train and performance manage the sales team to present our value proposition, while providing Direct support in the closing opportunities within a fast paced high deal volume environment • Collaborate with Marketing to define lead generation campaigns, follow-up and reporting • You will embed a structured sales methodology that not only manages the number your team are forecasting but the behaviors they use within the sales cycle. • Identify and develop an understanding of competitive offerings and how to compete and win against each of them. • Be a key contributor to the Divisional Sales Leadership Team Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Track record of managing high-performance and high-growth sales teams, particularly within the SMB sector. Experience with Payroll software is highly desirable. • Highly analytical and data-driven approach to sales management, utilizing data to inform decisions and strategy, and known for innovative problem-solving. • You have solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage and take on board different perspectives whilst making decisions quickly. • Experience of working in a fast moving high deal volume environment. • You can demonstrate evidence of rapid decision making, when you see a challenge within the sector and the way in which we go to market you make changes and can drive them to execution quickly.
