We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Sales Lead to join our sales leadership team (MLB) in Ireland, preferably in Dublin or Cork. You will expand relationships with existing IPS clients and identify new opportunities. Leveraging your industry expertise, you will understand clients' challenges, develop customized solutions, and drive revenue growth. You excel at the C-suite level, understand the market and IPS ecosystem, and monitor market trends to identify opportunities. You foster strategic relationships, develop value-based propositions, and ensure customer support. You manage teams, conduct needs assessments, present tailored solutions, and consistently achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and high client satisfaction. Day-to-day, you will: • Operate a C suite where required. • Strategically understand the market and IPS ecosystem and environment. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for new business and strategic partnerships. • Develop a deep understanding of our customer base and foster both tactical and strategic relationships where appropriate. • Develop value based propositions for the customer base and drive ROI. • Work effectively in a matrix to ensure that the customer base feels well supported and heard. • Manage a team directly and indirectly for the benefit of the growing the customer base and ensuing a high level of customer satisfaction. • Build and lead quality account teams and implement a high standard of account planning. • Drive a rigorous operating cadence to ensure that both customer and internal needs are met such as QBRs, reviews and internal forecasting and reporting requirements. • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and discovery sessions with current and prospective clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. • Develop and present tailored solutions and proposals that address clients' specific needs, leveraging our portfolio of solution and service (in and out of division) • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to help them achieve their business goals. • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
