This role has accountability for two of our flagship ERP SaaS products, Unleashed Software and Prospectsoft Software. Unleashed is an inventory management system that helps product businesses take control over their inventory, manufacturing and sales processes and Prospectsoft is a stock-aware CRM system that integrates a business’s product, inventory  and  customer sales data, to streamline B2B sales process and grow their customer base. About you: We are looking for someone to join our marketing team within the fast-paced small business segment within the ERP division, delivering marketing initiatives to prospects and customers centered in our key markets of UK, NZ, Australia (and expanding). You will both lead the global strategy and execute on it, and have a natural flair for driving leads across multiple channels including content, paid media, digital PR campaigns, SEO programmes and events. You will be accountable for delivering metrics and demonstrating the ROI of your marketing plans. You’ll be a data-driven problem solver and not afraid to challenge the status quo and be someone who enjoys working at pace to achieve results. You’ll have a skill for communicating to prospects with impact across multiple channels, and we would expect you to have proven experience of spearheading growth while testing and learning - your results should speak for themselves.   This role sits within our ERP division and will cover two of our key products in the small business space - Unleashed (inventory management software) and Prospectsoft (stock-aware CRM). Day-to-day, you will: • Take ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of marketing pipeline targets in all regions for your products - Unleashed and Prospectsoft. Leading plans that target significant quarter-on-quarter growth. • Deliver an impactful multi-channel marketing demand generation strategy targeting small businesses in our target markets and vertical sectors. With your team, ideate and execute creative digital campaigns and incentives to drive in-quarter lead improvements. This will involve everything from ideation, to creative development to channel execution and reporting. • This includes ongoing review of the target market and their needs, using market and audience insights to identify marketing opportunities per persona. • Determine the tactical mix between digital advertising, email, SEO, webinars, in person events, account based marketing and social, and be responsible for lead generation across such channels, working with our central digital specialists where relevant. • Track, monitor and optimize pipeline ensuring it delivers the order intake required to support business growth. Work with sales colleagues to follow leads through the funnel - obsessing over how our MQLs progress into orders. • Work with the digital squad to create best-in-class user experiences on our website and obsess about onsite conversion to drive tangible improvements to form submissions. • Carry out thorough analysis on your marketing channels, quality of leads, and order intake gaps to outline where you need to deliver performance improvements more effectively. Test and learn new ideas to drive ongoing improvements to lead flow. • Work with sales to drive sales sourced lead volume, equipping them with the content to succeed. • Develop your team based across UK, NZ and Romania, creating a high performing culture with a strong growth mindset. Your skills and experiences might also include: • A proven growth marketer with experience in a B2B demand generation role within a software company (Subscription and fast SaaS experience a real plus). • Able to demonstrate previous deployment of integrated marketing plans across all areas of the marketing mix that deliver against business KPIs. • Digital native with proven experience managing digital marketing funnels, from who to target, how to reach them, and with what message, and working with digital marketing leads to optimize performance. • Solid experience with digital tools like Marketo, SalesForce and Google Analytics. • Able to roll sleeves up and deliver marketing initiatives, as well as confidently develop marketing plans that deliver growth. • Commercially minded, and able to make recommendations regarding where to invest marketing spend and generate most ROI. • A natural hunger for making an impact, and someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo to hit targets. • A creative flair, able to translate software functionality into compelling benefits that resonate with decision makers. • Proven experience managing and influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders. • Strong process and effective project management skills driving execution cross-functionally with competing deadlines and priorities. • Confidence in working with senior stakeholders, specifically within Sales, to define and execute growth plans collaboratively. Please note that this position requires some teamwork with colleagues in Romania, Australia and New Zealand. Measures of success: • Product pipeline volumes vs target - both driving marketing sourced and working with sales teams to deliver sales sourced leads. • Measurable growth in awareness and consideration amongst prospects. • Channel-specific metrics such as click-through-rate, website user-to-lead conversion, engagement rate and bounce rate. • Sales/revenue growth, with a clear connection between marketing initiatives and ROI.
