You are a strategic thinker with a talent for crafting and refining effective marketing strategies that accelerate growth. Your leadership will empower your team to create high-quality, multi-channel campaigns that are precise and customer-centric. Be part of our dynamic marketing team and contribute to the success of over 3,500 UK law firms. Day-to-day, you will:  • Strategic Campaign Execution: Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies to achieve pipeline and revenue goals, utilising digital advertising, email, SEO, webinars, events, and social media. • Customer-Centric Content Creation: Craft authentic, conversational content that meets customer needs, enhances sales velocity, and optimises conversion rates through continuous testing and improvement. • Collaborative Stakeholder Management: Work closely with C-level executives, sales, digital, content marketing, product teams, and customer success to ensure cohesive and impactful demand generation programs. • Performance Analysis and Optimisation: Regularly analyze marketing outcomes, manage budgets, and use insights to optimize tactics, consistently meeting or exceeding sales pipeline and revenue targets while fostering a high-performance team culture. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • You will be a proven growth marketer with extensive experience in demand generation leadership. • You’ll hopefully have a passion for technology. • An inspirational leader who motivates and guides your team while being hands-on with detail and delivery. • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues, customers, and senior stakeholders, fostering confidence and collaboration.
