About you:
Access PaySuite is looking for a Commercial leader to join our global payments expansion. You will have experience in creating, executing, and developing long-term, multi-territory commercial strategies across our core markets; UK, Europe, and North America in the Payments space.
You will be responsible for setting the payments sales strategy and execution. In addition, you are expected to be the senior sponsor of our key strategic partners. This position reports directly to the divisional Sales Director and forms part of the commercial team.
You will own the Access cross sell strategy and execution for payments and unlocking payment opportunities to drive growth.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Own cross-sell strategy and execution for Access, aiming to be the only connected payments partner globally through a unified platform.
• Lead business development and commercial calendar creation to align with Access Paysuite's targets and goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategy for Payments across private and public sectors.
• Create commercial propositions, business cases, and manage GTM for product launches and enhancements.
• Conduct market research and develop detailed business plans for commercial opportunities using internal and external data.
• Collaborate with diverse teams, build partnerships, support pricing strategy, and lead a high-performing team.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Tenured experience in payments, including B2B and C2B globally.
• Proven ability to build robust GTM strategies and create 5-year strategic plans.
• Experience in product, marketing, development, commercial, and global payments through a partnership lens.
• Strong communication skills: ability to simplify complex topics, strong listening, presentation, and questioning skills.
• Leadership: guiding, mentoring, and managing remote teams, embodying Access PaySuite values.
• High energy, enthusiasm, strong inner drive, self-motivation, resilience, and ability to perform well under pressure.
