Day-to-day, you will: • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure seamless food production and uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service. • Develop and innovate menus that reflect seasonal trends, catering to diverse dietary requirements and designing bespoke options for specific events. • Maintain strict budget management and oversee stock ordering, inventory management, and food waste reduction strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and sustainability. • Ensure compliance with food safety protocols, maintain high cleanliness standards, and manage the training and development of catering staff for continuous improvement. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Proactive and organised culinary leader with extensive experience in managing high-level kitchen operations, capable of motivating and developing a team while ensuring top food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. • Strong background in menu planning and budget management, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. • Keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure, essential for success in this role. • Qualified to NVQ level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent experience, along with Level 3 food hygiene certification What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
