Role Responsibilities: At Access People, we are looking for a GTM (Go-To-Market) Lead to join our world-class team. In this role, you will be a member of the GTM team, reporting to the Divisional Head of GTM. You will be responsible for developing, leading, and building effective go-to-market strategies that meet customer’s current and emerging needs, drive revenue growth, and enhance the company's position in the market. You will work closely with General Managers to drive GTM programs in line with P&L priorities and standardise our approach. You will also partner with cross-functional teams (proposition, marketing, sales, customer success and product) to drive successful GTM outcomes. Your critical GTM enablement packs will support the demand generation efforts of the Marketing team and improve the effectiveness of the Sales process to ensure sales success. In addition owning the GTM process of the customer journey will ensure customer satisfaction while supporting new business generation, bundled-product sales and repeat purchasing. This is a hands-on role that’s pivotal to ensure effective enablement and adoption of value proposition messaging of our product portfolio, promote sales growth and maximise revenue potential. The role will be a key input into the strategic, commercial and proposition marketing plans as well as a requirement to execute tactically, be flexible and multi skilled stakeholder management, product planning, marketing enablement, sales enablement, GTM coordination. To succeed in this role, you must relish working with passion at pace. As we are heading on a new journey with a more innovative approach, we need an experienced GTM lead to drive prioritisation of key initiatives that accelerate our growth and establish a foundation for scale. Day-to-day, you will: · Define the Go-To-Market strategy and manage the execution planning. · Develop and own the rollout of a consistent, repeatable GTM framework and process that is utilized across product launches and initiatives. · Coordinate the planning of new product launches and releases, manage the cross-functional readiness of the business to handle the new product and deliver and execute the product marketing aspects of the launch including all sales enablement and coordination with marketing. · Support the execution of key product and marketing initiatives that will grow incremental revenue for the business. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing enablement that is aligned to business objectives and designed for optimal learning. · Deliver the value proposition of the products to the sales teams and develop collateral and sales tools that support the selling process of our strategic products improving our conversion rates. · Ensure our portfolio of existing and new products achieve their divisional targets through exceptional briefing and management of colleagues to deliver innovative and well executed GTM initiatives. · Support with orchestration and communication of the optimum customer journey for each new product and work with proposition team to assess opportunities to refine the customer experience for existing core products. · Customer Advocacy – leverage customer success stories and collateral and information together with the marketing and sales teams to help increase levels of customer happiness and support product cross sell and up sell. · Champion the voice of the customer and the central product proposition in all planning and execution forums to ensure our product marketing remains relevant and compelling, together with understanding and driving how we achieve competitive advantage in our chosen markets. Ensure all propositions are customer-centric and outcome led. Work with key customers as partners to develop and validate new propositions. · Support with execution of cross sell opportunities for your products within other markets and plans to execute appropriate proposition marketing initiatives. · Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and effectiveness of GTM programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. · Assist with overall People division solution mix and prioritisation of innovation and strategic direction. Your skills and experiences might also include: · Significant experience in GTM or product marketing in a market-facing role. · Proven software experience of b2b cloud, SaaS product and services is preferred. · Demonstrable track record in managing successful projects that deliver evidenced commercial returns. Comfortable managing multiple time-sensitive projects and running big strategic projects with challenging or short deadlines. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels working in a cross- functional matrix environment. · Customer first mindset. Commercially astute. Process and metrics driven. · Experience of or demonstrable understanding of creating compelling Marketing and Sales enablement materials. · Innovative and passionate about new technology and latest trends · Strategic thinking and the confidence and drive to self-determine their focus and how they invest their time. · Demonstrable ability to balance high quality thinking, resolving issues and blockages while at the same time delivering and executing GTM tasks. · Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment. Adaptable and flexible and thrive in an agile and dynamic environment · Familiar with Salesforce and marketing software such as Marketo is a plus.
