About you:

We're looking for an experienced marketing manager who lives and breathes customer comms. You will have managed a reference or advocacy program, ideally using an automated platform. You will be used to collaborating with key stakeholders in marketing, sales, and support teams to maximise the experience for our customers and provide sales with the right references they need to close business. 

We also need someone to support brand campaigns and social media activities so you will know how to create great content, write well, edit carefully, and manage a budget. 

This role is maternity leave cover for an amazing marketer who can turn her hand to anything, so you will need to be flexible, not afraid of turning on a sixpence when there’s something urgent to do, and ready to dive in right across marketing.

Day-to-day, you will: 

Customer Advocacy: Manage the Access customer advocacy programme including reporting on advocacy activities and progress, support divisional leads in marketing, sales and Customer Success in in content creation, customer interviews and case study best practice, creation and delivery of customer and internal toolkits, supporting customer success comms campaigns, monthly meetings and reporting to KPIs 

Communications: Support the execution of the Brand & Comms campaign plan including but not limited to digital marketing, social media and PR 

Social Media: Ownership of the development and execution of the quarterly social media content calendar for group social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook). Collaborate with divisional and Group stakeholders to amplify content and maximise messaging opportunities 

Events: Support key Group events with communications and content creation 

Content: Support Brand with content creation of case studies, blogs, emails and campaign landing pages 

Analysis: Create post campaign performance reports focusing on channel engagement and brand KPI’s together with solid recommendations for future improvement and optimisation of marketing investment 

Budget: Operate with the Brand & Comms budget, raising PO’s, reconciling invoices, maintaining spend and highlighting areas of over/under spend 

Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key stakeholders across Marketing, Product Marketing and Shared Services in the development of communication programmes supporting brand and customer advocacy. 

As a well-rounded Group Marketing Manager, your Skills and Experiences likely include:

  • Proven work experience as a B2B Marketing Manager ideally within the software industry
  • Proven experience in managing and reporting on an advocacy or customer reference program
  • Track record of successful campaign management
  • Superior copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A problem-solving attitude
  • Demonstrated self-starter with an ability to manage and motivate staff
  • Strong team player, ability to work in cross-functional teams.
