Following the Access design process, you seek to understand user needs, ideate, collaborate, prototype, and validate. Building on foundational skills in design fundamentals and research methodologies, you follow the lead of experienced designers, demonstrating your enthusiasm for continuous growth and development in the evolving field of UX. Day-to-day, you will:  • Follow the UX process with guidance and mentorship from senior team members, delivering work aligned with UX and sprint team objectives, and identifying opportunities for future improvement. • Assist in conducting user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and support the analysis of findings to identify user needs, motivations, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. • Apply and improve emerging skills in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping across various projects, utilizing assets such as personas, Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), journey maps, and UX metrics with assistance. • Improve proficiency in standard UX tooling and processes, continually enhancing skills and contributing to team objectives. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Demonstrate experience in the full UX process with examples where research insights have informed design decisions. • Work under guidance, take responsibility, complete assigned tasks, and highlight challenges early as they arise. • Show problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and learn from challenges. • Be proactive in continuous learning and development, staying up to date with trending methodologies and tools. We wholeheartedly believe in equality for all and the transformative power of diversity. Why not join our vibrant team where you can love what you do, love how you live, and most importantly, be authentically you? Let's make a difference together. Love Work. Love Life. Be You.
