In Access it pays to have friends – we have a referral bonus in place for every candidate you recommend that is not in our recruitment process or data base, you will be rewarded with a bonus after 3 months of employment.   About you:   You are an ambitious motivated senior leader experienced in Global HR Operations and in bringing together globally dispersed teams to create a consistent best in class service delivery model. You have experience of establishing an HR Service Delivery strategy, operating model and managing the transformation of processes, workflows, tech and roles in a growth environment where business as usual demand for services is high. You have experience in leading teams who manage service delivery across the employee lifecycle from hire to retire. You are passionate about employee experience and engagement, high performance and doing the right thing. Accountable, pragmatic, result driven and scorecard obsessed, you are happy to dive into the detail, roll up your sleeves to facilitate change as well as provide overall vision and purpose. You will be based at our Global Operations Centre in Timisoara, Romania and report directly to the Chief Employee Success Officer. Day to day, you will: Bringing thought leadership to create, implement and industrialize a best in class HR Service Delivery organization across our global footprint. Your team is currently based in Romania, Kuala Lumpur, Australia, UK and soon to expand to the US To own the day to day performance of the HR Service Delivery team, ensuring clear SLA's and objectives align, to deliver an effective and efficient service, whilst creating a positive employee experience, with a focus on moments that matter As member of the Employee Success Leadership team, to partner with key colleagues across the business from Finance and IT as well as Talent Acquisition, Business Partners and Centres of Expertise teams To build out a reporting and analytics capability in partnership with our HRIS team creating leader insights and manager self service. To promoting a high-performance culture, with a focus on team collaboration, simplicity, ongoing improvements and creating a great employee experience Your skills and experiences might also include:    Experienced at creating / evolving a Global HR Service delivery model, with proven capability to lead, develop and motivate high performing teams Subject matter expert in end-to-end HR: with in-depth knowledge and expertise in all aspects, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, data management and compliance Experience of successfully implementing and managing new HR technologies or operational approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes A commercial approach to service delivery with the ability to identify needs across all levels/functions and implement results orientated solutions Experience in driving transformational change and scaling through technology and self-service A proactive and engaging approach to building stakeholder relationships and an ability to influence a wide number of senior global stakeholders Experience and successful track record in high growth and fast paced organizations Ability to manage high workloads and conflicting priorities, both in support to the team and the wider business Strong customer focus mind-set. You are passionate about employee experience and driving continuous improvement with operational rigor A high degree of self-awareness and desire to always do the right thing Strong written and spoken communication skills A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in!
