Front of House Hotel Administrator
This is a great opportunity to transition from working within a hotel to supporting Hotel managers with the implementation of software!
**This role will be based 3 days a week in our Timisoara Office**
The successful candidate must have Hotel and Payments experience

Day-to-day, you will:
• Guide hotel staff and senior managers through a structured and detailed software installation and training program
• Configuring the database in preparation for the system integration
• Working closely with our third party Payment Providers to support the integration and implementation of the systems
• Deal with any Support tickets relating to recent go lives, on-going escalations and changes to requirements
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• You're experienced with Front of House processes, taking pre-auths and dealing with payments
• You’re interested in hotel systems and providing improved technical solutions
• You relentlessly think about the customer and providing exceptional customer service
• You can work autonomously - once given a project, you can tackle the bulk of it, taking input and feedback but making it your own through to successful conclusion
