About you:
Represent the leader of Finance Platforms, Global Technology Services (GTS) by leading the development and deployment of tactical Finance projects from scoping through to post-delivery hyper-support. Leading a team of Business Analysts that support Finance business change.
Day-to-day, you will:
Delivery of Finance tactical projects that drive an improvement in Finance efficiency, effectiveness and Insight for the Finance team.
Define and document project scope, requirements, business case and deliverable metrics that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Form good relationships with key stakeholders, provide great decision making and effectively lead a delivery team.
Provide project management services on behalf of the Finance Platforms team, GTS, ensuring great project leadership, documentation, governance and mitigation of risks.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Prince II or similar qualification
>3 years’ experience of delivering Finance projects / initiatives
Track record of stakeholder management at all levels.
Delivery of projects in an agile environment, demonstrate ability to manage projects to time, within budget and high quality
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Key performance indicators:
Projects to be delivered within time and budget
Deliver of in-line with business requirements, documentation and agreement of variations to scope by stakeholders prior to deployment.
Evidence of great project management through documentation and great governance including change control
