We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  You are an ambitious, motivated finance partner, with a strong grounding in financial analysis and metrics, with a broader, commercial outlook necessary to support business growth and key initiatives. Day-to-day, you will:  • Have an in-depth knowledge of key business drivers and how they translate into business unit performance. • Own the rolling forecast (next 12-18 months) for the business unit, identifying risks and opportunities with suggested actions and sensitivity analysis to provide a balanced yet challenging forecast. • Collaborate with functional finance business partners to drive appropriate business unit functional tension within our matrix structure. • Prepare analysis, business cases, scenario planning, and strategic insights to enable better decision-making, acting as a sounding board and trusted advisor to the business, focusing on forward-looking insights to maximize financial performance.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Experienced, hands-on individual with accredited financial qualifications (e.g., ACCA/MBA), capable of detailed analysis and strategic articulation in a dynamic, private-equity backed business. • Results-oriented with strong numerical and problem-solving skills, capable of driving strategic and commercial outcomes from financial analysis. • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to work effectively with senior management and in virtual team environments. • Adaptable, flexible, and able to work under pressure, demonstrating professional integrity, empathy, and resilience.
