We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  Represent the leader of Finance Platforms, Global Technology Services (GTS) by supporting the development and deployment of tactical Finance projects from scoping through to post-delivery hyper-support. Supporting the Project Manager to deliver best practice Finance business change through the introduction of modern tools and solutions. Day-to-day, you will:  • Support the delivery of Finance tactical projects that drive an improvement in Finance efficiency, effectiveness and Insight for the Finance team. • Document project scope, requirements, end to end processes, business case and deliverable metrics that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders • Form good relationships with key stakeholders, provide great decision making and effectively support a delivery team. • Support the Project Manager and Solution Architect to provide project management services on behalf of the Finance Platforms team, GTS, ensuring great project leadership, documentation, governance and mitigation of risks Your skills and experiences might also include:   • >3 years of relevant BA experience including Visio and end to end process mapping • Experience of delivering Finance initiatives • Have strong stakeholder management at all levels. • Delivery of projects in an agile environment • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
