We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  You will joining the Not for Profit and Education division working with a team of 5 people, including Corina the Team Leader. This role will be instrumental in supporting our customers within the Education Finance space, using our ticketing tool to to provide support on the functionality of software to resolve basic software issues. Day-to-day, you will:  Day-to-day, you will:  • Provide support via telephone and online (ticketing tool-salesforce) by triaging and determining the correct course of action to address queries, problems or issues raised by our customers • Help our customers with technical questions and allow them to get the most out of our payment software by resolving their queries in accordance with our Milestones (SLA's) • Ensure that the quality of the support meets the Access Customer Service standards by delivering against and exceeding your objectives; provide excellent customer experience and take initiative and support continuous improvement. • Proactively identify any risks to service and the consequences to Access. You will drive and escalate mitigation.
