About you: As a Leadership Recruiter, you’ll be a trusted partner to our senior leaders, playing a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent for key leadership roles. You’ll drive executive search strategies, manage complex hiring processes, and ensure we bring in the right leaders to shape the future of The Access Group.. This is a unique opportunity to elevate our leadership hiring function, working closely with business leaders and Talent Acquisition teams to build a strong pipeline of future-ready leaders. Day-to-day, you will: •Own the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and leadership roles, from sourcing to offer stage. •Develop and execute targeted search strategies, leveraging data, insights, and proactive sourcing techniques. •Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and advise on hiring decisions. •Proactively identify and engage top leadership talent, using networking, market mapping, and executive search methods. •Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring every leader we engage with has a seamless journey. •Champion diversity and inclusion, embedding best practices to attract a diverse leadership pipeline. •Leverage talent market insights and recruitment analytics to continuously refine our hiring strategies.  Your skills and experiences might also include: •Proven experience in leadership, executive, or senior-level recruitment within an in-house or executive search environment. •Strong expertise in market mapping, direct sourcing, and building high-caliber talent pipelines. • Confidence in advising and influencing senior leaders, with exceptional stakeholder management skills. •A passion for talent strategy and executive search, bringing innovative and data-driven approaches to leadership hiring. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple searches and priorities. •A growth mindset, always looking for ways to optimize processes and enhance the recruitment experience.
