We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   About the role The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for the business hiring needs across APAC and accountable for the execution of the operational delivery of talent in this region. The TA Lead will lead and coach the APAC recruitment team to deliver the right talent for the right role, providing exceptional candidate experience to all candidates in addition to having their own hiring targets. Day-to-day, you will:  - Manage, mentor and drive the performance of the APAC recruitment team - Consulting with leaders, internal stakeholders and the People team to lead the strategic hiring needs of the APAC region and Malaysia GOC - Building out regional and technical knowledge on roles, skills and candidate pools to source the best talent to meet the hiring requirements as they flex and change - Prepare and communicate the weekly/monthly business reporting on hiring cadence and TA projects - Regular liaison with the Global Talent Manager to stay ahead of hiring plans and plan team capacity appropriately - Monitor and always seek to improve The Assess Group employer brand presence online - Work with the Global and APAC Employee Success teams to drive our recruitment diversity and inclusion agenda ensuring engagement with all communities - Continually improve processes that affect the candidate experience Your skills and experiences might also include:   - Demonstrated experience leading a TA team remotely and onsite, with demonstrable people management skills - Experience in a successful, high performing in-house recruitment function that has responded to significant business growth and increasing recruitment volumes - Previous experience recruiting across various departments including sales, tech & support functions - Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with the capability and energy to drive change - Excellent communication skills - Ability to use data to make informed decision to drive and improve team effectiveness and performance - Demonstrated experience in project management and strong business acumen What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
