About you:
Are you ready to lead a talented engineering team dedicated to saving lives and transforming healthcare? As an Engineering Team Lead at Access, you’ll drive the development of critical software that doctors and nurses rely on daily to make life-saving decisions. Your work will directly impact clinicians and patients, bringing powerful, purpose-driven technology to healthcare professionals across Romania and beyond.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Lead a skilled engineering team focused on designing and building innovative healthcare solutions.
• Drive project execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with healthcare priorities.
• Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Proven experience in software engineering leadership.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Microservice Architecture, Service Bus, and Domain Driven Design.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
