You’re a motivated leader with a passion for driving results and inspiring your team. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving to ensure your team consistently delivers high-quality outcomes. With your ability to build strong relationships and adapt to evolving challenges, you’re committed to fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Manage and prioritize bugs to ensure they are resolved on time and meet our OLAs.
• Take full ownership and accountability for projects and deliverables, proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• Lead an agile team, fostering technical excellence, accountability, and consistent delivery of commitments.
• Report and communicate key performance metrics to monitor progress, mitigate risks, evaluate quality, and identify areas for improvement.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members across different locations.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with the latest technology trends and adapt to new tools and practices.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
