About you: You should be a Senior Software Engineer or team leader ready to take on the role of development manager for the Integrated Care initiatives. You need to possess: Ability to take ownership and lead the team.. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to prioritise and manage work against a plan. Flexible and responsible work ethic in order to achieve objectives. Proactive. You need to be able to motivate and direct the team to achieve its goals Day-to-day, you will: Develop and nurture key relationships with teams across the business and with external stakeholders. Managing, driving and successfully delivering a programme of projects through the full life cycle to time, cost and quality. Developing new and maintaining existing software, databases and APIs. Working with the team’s architects and designers and to propose designs for platforms, workflow, user interfaces and integrations. Working with C#, JavaScript, Mirth, Java & SQL Server and related technologies to allow the creation of new and the support of existing software in a cloud environment Prepare required documentation Other tasks as may be required by the business Your skills and experiences might also include: Demonstrable experience and technical capability in software engineering including design, programming and implementation Experience of developing software developed using a number of the following technologies:- JavaScript, C++ and C#. SQL and noSQL databases and cloud storage technologies Mark-up Languages such as HTML, XML, XSLT. You should possess a good understanding of security aspects, SSL, authentication, OAuth 2, certificate management Experience working in Agile/SCRUM.
