Job Summary:
The Enablement Consultant Team Leader is a critical role responsible for executing, scaling, and managing enablement programs across GOC. This person will be at the centre of delivering enablement initiatives, supporting product enablement, and ensuring the alignment of local programs with global strategy.
In addition to executing enablement programs, this role will act as the GOC Leader for Enablement & Programs, overseeing the Technology & Operations Enablement Leads and any future enablement hires in GOC within pre-sales, enablement, or programs.
This position is ideal for a highly organized enabler who thrives in delivery, stakeholder management, and project execution, while also balancing strategic priorities to drive enablement impact at scale.
We are prioritizing internal candidates to ensure strong alignment with our existing GTM and enablement strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scaling Central Enablement Programs in GOC
-Lead the rollout of global enablement programs (onboarding, boot camp, talent flows, product enablement) in the Go Centre.
-Ensure alignment with global objectives, while adapting programs to the specific needs of teams in GOC.
-Serve as the primary enablement point of contact for GOC, liaising between local teams and global enablement.
2. Delivery of In-Person Enablement Sessions
-Deliver live enablement sessions to GOC-based teams, ensuring interactive and engaging knowledge transfer.
-Work closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of enablement programs.
-Ensure retention and impact by embedding reinforcement frameworks into learning sessions.
3. Collaboration on Division Days & GTM Events
-Partner with the global enablement team to plan and execute Division Days in GOC.
-Support regional GTM events, ensuring enablement aligns with the broader GTM strategy.
-Provide local expertise to tailor enablement programs for Romania-based teams.
4. Product Enablement & Technology Support
-Support the execution of global product enablement initiatives within GOC.
-Work closely with product enablement teams to ensure that Clari Battle Cards, Clari Groove Cadences, LMS courses, and Clari Co-Pilot Scorecards are being built and maintained for Romania teams.
-Ensure the adoption of enablement technology, including Clari Co-Pilot, Clari Groove, Consensus, and LMS platforms.
5. Stakeholder & Project Management
-Work cross-functionally with enablement, sales, pre-sales, and regional leadership to ensure enablement initiatives align with business needs.
-Drive project execution, ensuring enablement programs are launched and delivered on time.
-Build strong relationships across GTM teams to maximise enablement adoption and impact.
6. Local Leadership & Team Management
-Act as the Enablement & Programs Leader, ensuring enablement is embedded into local teams.
-Oversee and manage the Technology & Operations Enablement Leads, ensuring successful execution of:
-Clari Battle Cards
-Clari Groove Cadences
-Clari Co-Pilot Scorecards
-Support the scaling of enablement infrastructure, ensuring a structured approach to enablement technology, operations, and program execution.
Who We’re Looking For:
-Experienced in enablement delivery – Strong background in sales enablement, coaching, or training.
-A skilled facilitator – Comfortable leading in-person enablement sessions and interactive workshops.
-Highly organised and structured – Can manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
-A strong communicator – Able to engage with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Tech-savvy – Comfortable working with Clari, Clari Co-Pilot, Clari Groove, Consensus, and LMS platforms.
-A strategic thinker and hands-on executor – Able to balance high-level planning with day-to-day enablement delivery.
-Bonus skills (not required, but advantageous):
✔ Experience working in enablement, sales operations, or a GTM role.
✔ Familiarity with product enablement and technology enablement best practices.
✔ Strong background in content creation, PowerPoint, and video training development.
