About you: You will work in an exciting and collaborative team, who are focused on, and enjoy, supporting our employee platforms and colleagues. You’re passionate about Employee Systems, change delivery, process improvement and problem solving with a sense of fulfilment in helping others. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise and communicate effectively to our colleagues and within the team. Day-to-day, you will: • Own business as usual activities relating to the maintenance of our Employee Success Systems. This includes day to day queries received into our case management tool from the Employee Success Team and self-service queries from our employees. • Escalate issues where necessary and manage security of our systems. • Analyse data, complete data cleanse activities and prepare data for system uploads • Deliver training to internal users within the Employee Success team. • Support the Employee Success Systems Manager & team in the ongoing development and evolution of our Employee systems. • Collaborate across the Employee Success team, to identify opportunities for improvement and provide options with an assessment of the risks and benefits. Skills and Experience: • Experience of working in an Employee Success service delivery function • Experience of system support including process development and improvement (enhancements, bug fixing, testing etc) • Ideally a working knowledge of current Employee Systems • Experience of providing clear, accurate and insightful data in a variety of forms (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, interactive dashboards/tools) • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas, Pivot Tables & Lookups • A track record of data analytic & cleansing skills • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box to provide the simplest solution or identify issues in large data sets. • Ability to multitask and prioritise through effective communication within the team. • A strong communicator (both in writing and spoken).
