About you:
You’re a strong team player who is passionate about providing an exceptional HR experience to our business. At Access we call HR, Employee Success. You’ll answer queries from employees and leaders, all whilst driving process improvements across the Employee Success (ES) function. There will also be time to work on a project basis directly with the Business Partners.
We expect that you’ll enjoy being a proactive change agent; continuously reviewing how we can learn from our experiences; making things better, every day. You will be experienced in a diverse range of employee relations case management, including performance management, absences, grievance and disciplinary issues. But you’re your Advisory hat on, you’ll always look at driving high performance through leaders and employees.
Day-to-day, you will:
ES Operations & Compliance
. Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
· Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.
· Support and ensure adherence to ES policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
Data-Driven Decision Making
· Analyse and interpret ES data to provide actionable insights for workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
· Monitor ES metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee engagement scores) and present regular reports to stakeholders.
· Partner with the leadership team to forecast and manage workforce costs effectively.
Learning & Development (L&D)
· Collaborate with leaders to assess skill gaps and design targeted training programs.
· Coordinate and deliver L&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using data-driven methods and recommend improvements.
· Support leadership development programs to build capabilities across teams.
· Act as a trusted adviser to leaders and provide general guidance and support;
· Success will be contributing to the overall Employee Success team and assisting with achieving the overall objectives for the People Plan;

· Strong analytical skills with experience working on HR metrics and reporting tools.
