About you:
We are seeking a Solution Architect with a deep understanding of Employee Platform (HR) systems and processes to join our Employee Platform Team. You will be responsible for architecting EP solutions and acting as ‘design authority’ for the EP landscape. You will work in close collaboration with business functions and our Global Technology Services (GTS) teams: Enterprise Architecture, Customer Platforms, Data Solutions, Finance Platforms, Cyber Security, Infrastructure Technology & Operations
Day-to-day, you will:
• Creation of artefacts (documents, views, presentations) to cater for a wide variety of stakeholders (technical stakeholders through to business stakeholders)
• Understanding of and ability to apply the BDAT approach to architecture.
• Develop and document comprehensive solution architectures for Employee Platform systems, including system integrations, data flow, and security.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and capture business requirements, stories, benefits and technical specifications.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• A high level of familiarity with one or more architecture tools, which can easily be ported to The Access Group’s strategic tooling choice.
• Breadth of technology understanding spanning technology (on-prem / cloud) and applications, supporting the depth in Employee Platforms technology.
• A proven track record of delivering value-adding architecture work in a fast-paced, complex commercial environment.
• Ability to easily form good relationships with peers and stakeholders; emotional intelligence; balanced perspective.
