About you: The EarlyPay Senior Marketing Manager will develop and own the strategic marketing plan for the EarlyPay business working with sales, product to deliver against pipeline, order and revenue targets. The role will drive the development and execution of key marketing programmes that will grow incremental revenue for the business both primarily within the existing Access Group customer base as well as supporting overseas expansion. You will craft compelling messaging and content for our EarlyPay key target segments and develop strong propositions. Understanding of wider market trends, along with the ability to grasp and translate our services into compelling customer benefits are crucial. In your role you will be an expert in our target audience, their buying behaviour and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the lead generation and sales teams or channel. This job will require excellent proven B2B Marketing skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.  Day-to-day, you will: • Strategic go to market planning – work with the Marketing, Product Management team and Sales colleagues to define the market opportunity and design the optimum go to market approach for each EarlyPay segment. • Support the development of EarlyPay product propositions, messaging and content for target personas tailored for each market segment. • Gain in-depth understanding of the buying process and the buyer DNA in order to execute relevant sales enablement and nurture programmes that improve conversion rates. • Build collaborative relationships with your key internal stakeholders through frequent, consistent and effective interaction.  Act as the trusted, go-to-person for EarlyPay marketing. • Develop your sector knowledge to build and execute multi-channel marketing programmes to drive lead generation and improve win rates. • Develop programmes to engage our EarlyPay customer base to launch new capabilities (eg. Vouchers) and drive activation among end users. • Prepare detailed campaign and data plans and reports, presenting them with confidence and clarity. • Performance management and analytics: Continually track, measure, analyse and report on effectiveness of marketing programmes and impact on pipeline, orders and revenue for multiple stakeholders, making recommendations for future programs and investments, reporting on results vs targets; optimising plans through test, and adopting new or best practice approaches. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Proven B2B Marketing experience, preferably in a software business. • Experience of or demonstrable understanding of creating compelling Marketing propositions and translating these into engaging Sales enablement programmes. • Have demonstrable and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and translate product information into customer outcomes. • Demonstrated self-starter with an ability to manage and motivate other team members. • Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, customers and cross-functional teams, and third parties. • Comfortable managing multiple tactical projects with tight deadlines and supporting big strategic projects with challenging or short deadlines. • Demonstrated experience of implementing successful marketing programmes and lead generation campaigns using a wide variety of media and mediums. • Adaptable and flexible and thrive in an agile and dynamic environment with strong project management skills. • Demonstrable ability to balance high quality thinking, resolving issues and blockages while at the same time delivering and executing. • Education: Bachelor’s Degree • Proven professional experience in B2B Marketing • Proven experience working in project teams with multiple stakeholders within multi-division and matrix structures. • Domain expertise in Health & Social Care, People or Hospitality software an advantage What does Access offer you?
