About you:
You are a highly motivated and experienced leader, adept at Corporate Development, M&A and operational management. With a strong background in payments technology and fintech, you bring deep industry knowledge that allows you to identify opportunities and drive strategic growth. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strategic and solutions-oriented, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to make a meaningful impact.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Partner with the Divisional MD and M&A team to design and execute the division’s M&A strategy.
• Identify and lead acquisition opportunities from inception to completion.
• Develop compelling investment cases and Value Creation Plans (VCP) for each acquisition.
• Oversee seamless post-acquisition integrations into the Access operating model.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Significant leadership experience in M&A, including post-acquisition integration (operational, commercial, and financial aspects).
• Proven expertise in payments technology and fintech, with a strong understanding of the industry landscape, trends, and opportunities.
• In-depth knowledge of the software industry and relevant markets, backed by exceptional analytical abilities.
• Expertise in financial modelling, investment case creation, and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
