About you:
You are a highly motivated and experienced leader with a proven track record in M&A and operational management. You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You have a strategic mindset and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Work closely with the Divisional MD and M&A team to develop and execute the division's M&A strategy.
• Identify, source, and execute acquisitions, leading the process from origination to completion.
• Develop and deliver the investment case and Value Creation Plan (VCP) for each acquisition.
• Oversee the integration of acquired businesses into the Access operating model.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Extensive experience leading M&A transactions, including post-acquisition integration across operational, commercial, and financial aspects.
• In-depth knowledge of the software industry and division-specific markets, with strong analytical skills to assess acquisition targets.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling, investment case development, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Skilled in project management, leading cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integrations and successful outcomes.
