About you: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Professional Services, to lead our KL Professional Services teams. This is a pivotal role designed to both have the operational responsibility for our growing PS teams within our GOC, as well as to help to execute the change agenda across Professional Services. You will play a critical role in driving the change to expand on our role-based Delivery Centre model, working with the discipline-based global leaders to implement the relevant playbooks, competency frameworks, workforce plan, and capability development for our GOC teams. This will be a highly visible role, focused on value creation for Access, and of strategic importance in enabling our GOC based Delivery Centres serving Data Migration, Technical Services, Solution Services Project Management, and more; balancing an obsession on customer outcomes and Services excellence, with the objectives of our Access PS transformation plan Day-to-day, you will: Play a pivotal role in driving the Professional Services 2.0 transformation plan across your GOC region, encompassing various strategic initiatives, including Global expansion of our Workforce. Take responsibility for all Professional Services teams deploying within the GOC for which you are responsible, being accountable to all relevant delivery metrics, KPIs, objectives and strategies ensuring delivery efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and workforce competence are to the highest standards at all times Drive the implementation of our Playbooks, such as FlightPath delivery, Project Management methodology, Resource Management, etc. within the GOC, whilst helping to hire, enable and embed new delivery teams and capabilities as required to fuel our growth Collaborate with both Divisional and Cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute on the vision, strategy, and roadmap for each initiative to achieve the overall business objectives, creating strong ties with Regional and Divisional Management Teams to ensure delivery excellence is at the forefront of what we do, and Customer Satisfaction is always our priority Your skills and experiences might also include: - Proven experience in leading Professional Services functions or similar roles within a software or technology-driven organisation. - Strong knowledge of Professional Services methodologies, commercial models, competency frameworks, and delivery excellence. - Proven track record of successfully managing large change and transformation. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. - Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Can operate independently and with ambiguity to make change happen and achieve business outcomes in line with the overarching business strategy What are we all about?
