In this dynamic role, you'll define the future of finance at Access, identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, and guiding stakeholders through change. A hands-on approach and strong data-driven principles are essential. You'll work directly with our Group CFO and leadership team, communicating effectively at all levels. This role reports to our Chief Information and Data Officer. Join us at The Access Group, a rapidly growing company, to develop internal finance systems that support our growth. This remote-based position offers exposure to all business areas and a diverse, welcoming environment. Day-to-day, you will:  • Define and execute the roadmap for transforming finance platforms. • Continuously review and refine how we implement finance changes. • Align finance requirements with our strategic systems roadmap, supporting and prioritizing business requests. • Collaborate with the Finance leadership team to optimize and enhance our finance systems, always seeking ways to improve operations and deliver better value.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Enthusiasm for new technology and the future of finance systems and automation. • Proven experience in managing a globally distributed team. • Successful history of implementing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CPM (Corporate Performance Management) solutions. • Excellent stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills, able to report effectively at Board meetings.
