Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.     About you: We are seeking a Digital Sales, Account Executive to create and manage internal partnerships across our organization. Reporting directly to the General Manager of EarlyPay, this mid-level role is pivotal in driving our bundling and go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with divisional leaders and teams to identify opportunities, foster relationships, and promote bundled solutions that drive growth. Day-to-day, you will: • Own and execute the digital sales strategy for EarlyPay, focusing on online lead generation, prospect engagement, and conversion. • Develop and manage an inbound sales pipeline, responding to inquiries and qualifying leads. • Utilize digital tools (CRM, automation platforms, LinkedIn, email campaigns) to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel. • Work with the marketing team to refine messaging, create compelling digital content, and optimize campaigns for lead generation. • Engage prospects through virtual meetings, product demos, and online presentations. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development roles within SaaS, preferably in HR, payroll, or workforce management solutions. • Strong ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate value propositions effectively. • Relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to execute operational plans.
