About you: As a member of the Digital Sales team, you will be in a hardworking, fast-paced environment and have a portfolio of People & Payroll products to sell specific to your division. Your role will include finding new business, cross sell opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. The role is hybrid, you will be expected to work 3 days in the Chatswood office, you will be required to work variable hours to meet the demands of the role and the requirements of the prospects. Day-to-day, you will: Achieve sales of specific modules, to the value set by your manager, by generating and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities. Understand the business plans and expectations of your customers & build multi-level customer relationship and nurture every opportunity. Always provide the highest level of customer service & technical expertise to customers & understand the current and future requirements of the client - working to increase the footprint of Access IP. When required, attend exhibitions, host seminars, present sales ideas or attend meetings in support of your colleagues. Your skills and experiences might also include: A proven track record or proactively making telephone calls to prospects or customers - experience selling software over the phone is preferable. An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices. Persuasive and compelling when expressing ideas and concepts, with excellent communication and rapport building skills. Ensuring the CRM system is always current to enable good and accurate sales reporting. What are we all about?
