We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.    About you: As Digital Account Manager for our Recruitment OS Division, you’ll play a crucial role in the overall success of the team, supporting our existing customer base across APAC and contributing to our revenue growth objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience to deliver product upsells, cross-sells, and annual renewals to meet sales targets. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and your ability to maximize sales opportunities will be key to our success. This role is office based, you will be expected to work variable hours to meet the demands of the role and requirements of the prospects. Day-to-day, you will:  • Proactively engage with customers, understand their challenges or barriers to growth, identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell relevant products to deliver solutions to drive their businesses forward. • Take ownership of a portfolio of clients, guiding them through their journey with Access Recruitment OS, collaborating closely with Customer Success to nurture and uphold robust relationships and optimize their annual renewal process. • Have a sound knowledge of the full range of our Products & Services. To be able to discuss/demonstrate the value proposition for each offering. • Hit/exceed sales targets through strong prioritization, pipeline management and accurate forecasting. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Experience in a B2B sales or account management is preferable • Previous experience running software demos (preferred) • The ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a wider team. • Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise a demanding workload. • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
