About you:
As our Digital Product Executive, you will be obsessively focussed on the daily performance, creation, management, and optimisation of all digital assets (websites) and channels, in your designated business area/s, to drive high quality prospect / customer conversions through our sales pipeline. In this role you will also work within a cohesive, expert squad consisting of PPC Lead, SEO specialists, Digital Content experts, web leads, marketing subject matter experts, sales development colleagues and report into our Digital Marketing Product Owner, maximising return on investment.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Supporting your designated business area and championing digital best practice in line with the Core Digital Marketing Strategy while driving performance, understanding your targets, and using your commercial and digital experience to achieve them.
• Identifying and delivering new opportunities for business growth, optimisation, and performance improvement using data - set social strategy, choosing topic themes and approving content to ensure a high-quality bar, oversee paid marketing budget to optimise our ROAS and maximise pipeline opportunities, contribute across full funnel growth (Paid, Outbound, Organic, etc.) overseeing end-to-end collaborative experiments.
• Creation of all appropriate daily performance reporting and weekly/monthly management summaries & design, build and run experiments to measure impact of work converting insights into action.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary digital marketing team and external stakeholders, working to challenging targets & develop an in-depth understanding of the customer journey, ensuring we are using the right content and channels to attract, engage and retain users & work with design resources to develop visual assets for the website, ads, and other content like downloadable guides.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Iterative digital delivery & results focus: Strong understanding of digital delivery principles, test-and-learn approaches, prioritization, and maintaining a relentless focus on achieving results.
• Data-driven mindset: Confident in working with data, using analytical insights to drive actionable improvements across online channels like Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Referral.
• Team management & collaboration: Experienced in managing teams or stakeholders, bringing together diverse contributors to balance business and user needs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Agile experience & education: Thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing speed and quality. Holds a degree or equivalent experience, with SaaS experience as a plus.
