About the Role:

This role is for someone who is passionate about all things digital marketing.

A very hands-on role, you will own, manage and execute all digital marketing initiatives in line with the overall marketing strategy for the business.

This is an exciting new role and we want you to join us with problem-solving hat on to generate and lead integrated and multi-channel campaigns from branding to lead generation and customer satisfaction purposes.

Your day to day:

  • Take on the challenge of managing the implementation of our new website, collaborating with creative and communication team members on content
  • Grow, manage and optimise all our digital channels and media to increase brand awareness, reach and improve effectiveness online
  • Work with the marketing team to deliver campaigns and initiatives with measurable return on investment
  • Collaborate with customers, marketing, sales and operational teams to gather insights and content to create effective and integrated campaigns across multiple platforms in line with our corporate identity
  • Map out the journey for our prospective and current customers for different phases of their lifecycle and develop effective nurturing campaigns to meet business objectives, e.g. brand awareness, generation, conversion, satisfaction and retention
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on all our digital touchpoints and campaigns and provide recommendations on improvements to increase effectiveness
  • Proactively manage and maintain all our online media to improve user and customer experience
  • Monitor trends and provide recommendations to the marketing teams on new channels and tactics
  • Coordinate all our marketing software to optimise the tools we have in place
  • Support the marketing and sales team by helping out with other requests

Required Skills:

  • Ideally more than 3 years’ experience in digital marketing (Ideally in business software or professional services industry)
  • Territory qualification in marketing or have relevant industry experience
  • Experience in website management (WordPress) including content publishing
  • Experienced in the Google Marketing Platform
  • Experience with eDM, CRM, marketing automation and analytics software
  • Experience with paid and organic social media management
  • Expertise with SEO/SEM, PPC, retargeting, A/B testing and personalisation
  • Basic skills with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer and user focused in everything you do
  • Team player, able to support team members and the wider business
  • Payroll, HR, Workforce Management, SaaS and/or ERP experience preferred but not essential
  • Comfortable prioritising and managing multiple projects simultaneously
